Welcome to The Mortgage Tool Bus Stop
Buying a home can feel confusing when nobody ever taught you how mortgages work.
A lot of people think they’re supposed to already know:
what a credit score means,
how much down payment they need,
what “pre-approval” is,
or how people even afford homes in the first place.
Truthfully? Most people are figuring it out as they go.
That’s why I created Mortgage Tool Bus.
The Mortgage Tool Bus Stop is a place to slow down, ask questions, and learn without pressure or shame.
You don’t have to be ready to buy right now to belong here.
Maybe you’re:
hoping to buy someday,
rebuilding after a hard season,
working on credit,
trying to figure out your budget,
or wondering if homeownership is even possible for you.
You’re still welcome here.
My job isn’t to pressure people into loans. My job is to help people understand their options and build a plan that fits their life and goals.
Sometimes we’ll talk about serious mortgage topics:
credit,
loan programs,
down payments,
debt-to-income ratios,
monthly payments,
and affordability.
Sometimes we’ll explain those things with sushi rolls, permission slips, magnifying glasses, or stories from real life.
Because learning feels easier when it feels human.
Around here, “no” usually just means “not yet.”
And enough baby steps in the right direction can change a lot over time.
I’m glad you’re here.
